Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Returns Policy If a product is found to be defective in manufacture, contact us by phone or email to arrange for a repalcement of the defective product. When purchasing multiple non-stock items please be aware that we operate a policy of no return on such goods. If you are unsure about any item, then order a sample.

Please contact us prior to shipping any return, for a return authorization number. You must write this number clearly on the side of the box. When you return arrives at our dock, we will then be able to identify it without confusion.
